Strawberry farms or Fruit farms?

Hi again,

I%26#39;ve seen tours that Koreans go to on Strawberry farms on t.v.

I know that I see tours online for like 70,000 won but I was wondering, would it be easy for me to find my way to somewhere in Incheon for example on the subway, then have a taxi take us to a farm where we could just walk around and enjoy the fruit?

Are there any other farm type places that are within subway + taxi distance?

ALSO...when I was in Seoul back in 1999, I want to a talk show filming at either KBS or SBS studio...Got pictures with the host, Kim HuiSun, Kim Sun Hee or something like that, popular back then...

Does anyone know if there is a studio anywhere around where they give walkins for audiences or even just tours of the studios?

Only 6 more days and I%26#39;ll be there! Yay!!!! I%26#39;m so excited!

Thanks for your help!

Strawberry farms or Fruit farms?

I recommend you this place.(It is located in Gyeonggi-do)

Name of farm : Daega Nongwon

http://www.daega620.co.kr/

(in Korean)

Address : 26-3, Neungnae-ri, Joan-myeon, Namyangju-shi, Gyeonggi-do

Tel : 010-2225-6641(in Korea)

Farm experience program (25,000won p/p)

You pick 500g strawberries.(you bring them with you)

You make strawberry jam. (you bring 300g jam with you)

Lunch(not sure what they serve)

How to get there,

Bus : 2000-1, 2000-2 at Gangbyeon subway stn(line 2)

8 at Cheongryangri train stn

Get off at Neungnae station(the station is out of operation due to Jungang line route change)

Train : From Cheongryangri to Paldang or Ungilsan

then transfer to bus to Neungnae station

I recommend you to take a bus, but you can try each if you are willing to.)

One more important thing is you have to make reservation before you go. So if you want to participate the program, as soon as you arrive in Korea you make reservation. Staff at your hotel can help you out!

I hope you have a fun at the farm.

To SeoulHyena

We will be staying at Western Coop. I guess I have to transfer form the Subway to the Train system first in Seoul. But How long does it take to travel via train to the Strwberry Farm you mentioned here ? How do we get to the farm once we reach the train station ?

Grace Travel has a Strawberry Festival Tour that cost KW85,000 per pax since there are 3 of us. Your suggestion is cheaper and we are very keen. How much is transport costs going by ourselves to the Farm, in addition to the 25,000KW we need to pay the Farm ? A rough estimate will help us.

Btw, which date is best to go ? we will be in seoul from 4 to 7 april and from 9 to 12 apr.

Thanks.
