Nami island by train from seoul

Train ride from Cheongnyangni station to Gapyeong station. Is Gapyeong the last station? If not, is there any english sign to show when we reached the station.

Similarly, on the return trip, how do I know when the train reach the Cheongnyangni station.

Understand the train interval is every hour. Does anyone have the timetable, so I can plan my timing.

From Gapyeong station to the ferry wharf, does the taxi driver understand english?

1. Gapyeong station is not the last station.

The line is called Gyeongchun-line which connect Cheongnyangni stn and Namchuncheon.

2. Signboard of Gapyeong station

Thank SeoulHyena for the information.

I am going to Seoul in May, I will be there for 8 days. Staying near Myeong-dong area.

Is it better to go to Nami island during weekend or weekday?

From Noryinjin fish market, is the Hangang Riverside Park (beside 63 city) easily access through walking.

Is this park worth visitng during weekend?

I will have more question when I read more about Seoul.

I am more to culture and people, and wish to visit -

Korea Folk village, Changdeokgung Palace, Gyeongdong Market, Dongdaemun Market, Namdaemun Market etc.

I have yet plan my itinerary.

I recommend you to visit Nami on weekdays.

From Noryangjin Market to the river park it is stone%26#39;s throw distance but it is hard to cross the highway between them. It is kind of detouring but easy to get there that taking subway line 1 at Noryangjin stn then transfering at Shingil to line 5 then get off at Yeouinaru. The park is right over there.

Refer to this page for more info about the Hangang.

Have nice trip.
