I have 7 hours stop over- sunday in incheon airport this coming 31 of May, arriving 6:30 AM N next flight @ 13: 30 can any one advise how to spend.

Incheon airport has huge duty shopping mall, comfy loungers, free access to internet and PC, small museum about Korean arts and crafts, sauna and spa, and golf driving range. Not bad place for stuck in 7 hours. See link, airport.kr/airport/鈥?/a>

you certainly can%26#39;t get to Seoul easily in that time.

Allowing for 90 mins travel each way, you%26#39;d not have a lot of fun.

If you leave airport you have to immigrate, os even a trip to Incheon town would be hard. You might get to Airport Town, but it doesn%26#39;t have much to offer, really. Bear in mind that you may need KR Won, although I seem to recall most in-airport stuff is available in US$.

There is a transit hotel where you could hire a room for a few hours and chill, or a paying lounge as well as the free stuff.

Sounds like you%26#39;re on either KE or OZ to LHR- both go about half past one, so have a pleasant flight.

When I lived in Korea about 5 years ago, the cabs were fairly inexpensive. The Hyatt bus also ran frequently and from there you could catch a train to Itaewon. It%26#39;s a bit Westernized, but the shopping is great. I also loved Insadong, where they have a ton of art galleries-paper art and celladon (sp?). If you%26#39;re awake and alive at 6:30 in the morning, you could at least get in a couple of hours. You wouldn%26#39;t have to deal with luggage, right? So you could be in Seoul by 8:30/9:00 and stay until at least 10:30 (if taking a cab-not the black one with a yellow stripe along the sides-those are double the price). It would be worth it to me, just because I love Seoul. Good luck!

I %26#39;m really not sure you%26#39;d even get into town.

If the imm queue is normal, it will be 1 hour from touchdown to getting out of the airport, then 90 mins to Seoul centre- perhaps less as Sunday.

Then you neeed to check in, I guess, by 11:30, so leave Seoul by 10.
