Seoul 7 /8 Day itinerary

Hello All

I have finalised my 7 -8 day itinerary thus. Please advise if this is over ambitious or manageable.

10-Apr-09 Friday (day 1) - Arrival at 1500 hrs into Incheon. Check in to Sun Bee Hotel (Insa-Dong). Myeongdong and Namdaemun early evening through midnight. (We are not big shoppers)

11-Apr-09 Saturday (day 2) - DMZ %26amp; JSA and 3rd Tunnel (Tour Operator). Late evening, Dongdaemun.

12-Apr-09 Sunday (day 3) - Gyeongbokgung, Jognmyo (morning), InsaDong %26amp; Jogyesa (noon), Busingkak Bell Pavillion %26amp; Jongno Tower (evening)

13-Apr-09 Monday (day 4) - To Suwon Early morning, Korean Folk Village (9am to 1200 hrs; we are not big on performances), Back to Suwon Station, Cab to Hwaseong Fortress (1300 hrs - 1700 hrs) To Suwon back to Seoul.

14-Apr-09 Tuesday (day 5) - Yeouida, National Assembly, Han River Cruise to Olympic Park, Amsa -Dong Pre Historic Site; possibility of back to Yeouida for Cherry Blossoms evening / Night view.

15-Apr-09 Wednesday (day 6) - Namsangol Hanok (Korean Folk Village), Seoul Tower. Evening Dongdaemun.

16-Apr-09 Thursday (day 7) - Reserve Day.

17-Apr-09 Friday (day 8) - Singapore

For Day 5 Is the following feasible:

(a) Yeouida for the Cherry Blossoms, early morning.

(b) By noon take the ferry / boat ride down Hangang River to Olympic park, spend 2-3 hours there.

(c) Am not sure how to go from Olympic park to Amsa-Dong, maybe a taxi, as we%26#39;d have walked around a lot the whole day. Will need your advise on this, please. Also how long should we plan to spend at Amsa Dong tp cover all the best spots.

(d) After all this, do you suppose we could take a ferry / boat ride, back to Yeouida for the Cherry Blossoms in the evening / night? Is it worth the trip back? Am I being over ambitious with this one day trip.

For Day 7 : Reserve Day, any recommendation on anything I have missed out on in Seoul or close by vicinity of Seoul? Would you recommend if I extend stay to Day 8 and fly out from Incheon, night of Day 8, I could consider Gyeongyu on day 7 %26amp; 8?

FYI, Yeouido is correct, not %26#39;Yeouida%26#39; - as %26#39;do%26#39; here means an island =)

By the way, if you liked the cherry blossoms and the ferry very much, it looks feasible to ride the ferry back to Yeouido, but there are cherry blossoms in many other places, so why bother visiting the same place twice in a day?

As for me, cherry blossoms in Children%26#39;s Park in Gwangjingu were better.

I wonder why you put Dongdaemun and Namdaemun for 3 days, when you say you%26#39;re not a big shopper?

I think maybe you didn%26#39;t know what to do in the evenings, and they%26#39;re known to be night markets?

Well, I would rather visit Hongdae district (many nice bars) or Apgujungdong area (many pretty cafes) and relax...
