tria hotel

came across this hotel in searching for a place to stay.

Seems like it is a boutique hotel but rates are definately very reasonable.

However, no reviews yet on TA.

Any comments from anyone on this hotel?

where in Seoul is it?

a bit odd; website says Teheranro, but it%26#39;s not.

You%26#39;d need to spend money to get there, or walk from the Renaissance, and it%26#39;s not in an area that I%26#39;d associate with much going on. On the side of Yeoksam Hill in a generally residential area, I think.

I%26#39;ve walked down from the Yeoksam hilltop road towards COEX recently, but didn%26#39;t see this place.

What are the rates? I stayed in a suite in Grand Intercont for about 220,000 won (inc breakfast, but plus tax) last week.

The rates are KW130,000 a night for a royal deluxe room.

The pictures of on the website looks decent.

The hotel doesn%26#39;t have a restaurant. I wonder if there are any places nearby to have breakfast.

I don%26#39;t know what you like for breakfast; there are Starbucks about 10 mins away, and bakeries etc. However, KR restaurants don%26#39;t serve western breakfasts. Ramada Renaissance would do a breakfast, of course.
