Incheon Airport

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to get to Incheon airport from Seochodong Sechogu as that is where i will be staying.

Any help would be appreciated.

yes; the area you have specified is quite large, however, so it won%26#39;t be precise instructions. If it were me, I%26#39;d take the subway to Samseong station (NOT Samsung station). The one you want is at COEX and is about station 219 on the green line (line 2). You need KCAT, Korea City Air Terminal.

Assuming your coming from Seocho station idrection, get on back of train, leave station platform by nearest stairs, go through ticket barrier, turn left and follow hoards up a couple of stairs. At top of these you%26#39;ll see COEX mall ahead, but instead turn sharp left up to daylight. Walk straight ahead, past Grand Inter hotel, turn right alongside it%26#39;s far wall, and you%26#39;ll see Air Terminal right there, You can take a direct bus from there for 14,000 Won.

O/wise taxi to KCAT won%26#39;t be more than about 5,000 Won, but traffic along Teheran Road may be SLOW.

Depending where you stay exactly, there might be better buses- eg from Gangnam or indeed a Korean Airline Limo bus from a nearby hotel to you- are you in a hotel?

I will assume it%26#39;s the Stay 7, used to be Coop, Residence?

In which case train from Kyodae (Seoul National University of Education) is 1000 won direct to Samseong.

There are other buses than from KCAT, however. They are cheaper, but I%26#39;ve not taken one. the 6009 goes from or near Gangnam station and is 9000won. Don%26#39;t know where it stops, though, but your hotel will. It%26#39;s only 5 mins walk from Gangnam stn

thanks for your help. Your right i will be staying at stay7 in Seochodong Sechogu. So i take the subway to Samseong station. So i take another train to COEX or do i jump on the COEX line to get to KCAT, Korea City Air Terminal.

sorry: Samseong is the station for COEX. And for KCAT; I just wanted to maske sure you don%26#39;t go to Samsung (somewhere quite different).

The fare is 100won , and you may do well to ask for coex station
