Has anyone tried booking with either of these agencies? Are they reliable? Would appreciate any feedback.
How does the reservation and payment work for Grace travel? Their online reservation/booking page does not have any payment options.

I am not sure what kind of tour packages you are interested in but most of inbound travel agencies are focuing on group tarvellers.

Hi, we want to book a tour to a ski resort, plus hot spring package, if possible. But first of all, would like to confirm with them if there are still ski tours available on March 19 or 20. We would prefer a ski resort that is close to Seoul, about an hour or so away. Aren%26#39;t they open to foreign travellers? There will only be 2 of us.
Why don%26#39;t you e-mail them and check directly.

Thanks for your suggestions. I have already emailed the ski resorts (yangji, jisan etc) and also the local travel agencies but have not received any reply from any of them. That%26#39;s why I%26#39;m hoping and relying on information here. I know, it can be frustrating on our part too, especially when we cannot have sufficient information in order to make definite plans on our itinerary.
Travelpursuit,
Jisan will close the ski resort on 8th and Yangji on 15th, so you won%26#39;be able to use those resort on 19-20. Instead, try either High 1 or Yongpyong by bus package. I saw many foreigners are coming to the resorts via this package like Koreans. If you can be in early in the morning;at around 5:30 in front of Jamsil Lotte Mart, you can take any ski buses heading to both resorts. High 1 resort package is farely cheap at 35,000 Kwon covering bus and lift ticket. There are some dicount coupons for rental and meal. Give it a try if you don%26#39;t mind local style of ski trip, not served by a travel agency.
hi kimi, thank you so much for your help, really appreciate it! we have been booked at Hamilton hotel. that%26#39;s in itaewon, right? as i have been told, our hotel is about 40mins by subway to jamsil station. so adding all the travel time from our hotel to YP or High 1, i estimate that it would take around 3-4hrs to reach the resort *sigh* i%26#39;m not too sure we are keen on travelling for so many hours. it really would%26#39;ve been great if we could go to a resort close to seoul.... well, i guess that gives us a reason to visit seoul next time!
Yes, Hamilton hotel is in Itawon. It takes about 2.5 hrs to YP resort and 3 hrs to High 1. Today it rained the ski resorts near seoul but snowed in YP and High 1 only. However, as you said, you could leave your ski trip to next winter season expecting the best slope condition.
Have fun in Korea.
