hi all,
we are planning to travel to korea in september and we%26#39;re contemplating whether to take a tour or free and easy.
we already have an idea to go to seoul and jeju, these are the 2 places we%26#39;re keen on. maybe we%26#39;ll go busan too.
1) we can%26#39;t speak korean, only english, will that be a big problem?
2) how will the weather be like there?
3) any other safety issues to consider?
thanks!

1) Not many people speak English fluently, but not a big deal.
2) Weather in Sep
Everage Temp : 17 ~ 25
Rain : 5 ~ 10 days
Typhon : less than 2 times
3) Pretty safe but just be careful for the traffic.

I would do Seoul in free style since public transportations, especially subway, are very clean, efficient and easy to use since there are Korean and English signs.
As per Jeju island, local bus isn%26#39;t that convenient for non-Korean speakers, taxi is on expensive side, many tourist attraction are on country side, so I would do tour so you won%26#39;t have to muddle through.
