Hotel & places of interest

Hi, I%26#39;ll be heading to Seoul in Feb for 4 days. Need some advice as this is my 1st trip:

1. Hotel

- I can%26#39;t decide between Fraser suites Insadong (corporate rate from a friend) %26amp; Sejong Hotel (read reviews that it has local tours you can book at the counter). I am looking for one that the airport limousine bus stops at, has day-tours that I can book %26amp; board at the hotel, %26amp; is close to subway stations.

2. Palaces - would like to visit 1 or 2 of them, preferably with organised tours so that I get to understand a bit of the history. Tours must be in English cos I don%26#39;t speak a word of Korean.

3. Shopping - interested in cheaper things, so expensive malls are out for me. Understand that Namdaemun %26amp; Dongdaemun are quite good. Which subway lines / stations are they on? Any other suggestions?

3. City tour - again hopefully I can book it through the hotel.

4. Restaurants - any particular ones that are good %26amp; near the hotel or shopping area?

Thanks.

Your best way to see the city is to take the Seoul City Bus Tour. Like many bus tours you get on and off the bus and can stay as long as you want at each stop. The bus tour takes you to all the must-sees in Seoul, including the palaces and famous market/shoppinh areas. You can easily get the information from the hotel OR get it from the Seoul tourism website. As for restaraunts... I would suggest finding a Korean BBQ. One experience that is really fun is to go to Carne Station. There are a couple of spots in Seoul, one near Myeongdong. Go there and pay a flat rate of around 20,000won and get all you can eat korean bbq, dessert, and all you can drink beer, liqour, and wine... Very fun to go with a group---

Enjoy!!!
