Cruise ship arriving in Incheon

We will be arriving on a cruise ship in Incheon next month 11.00 am to 20.00pm. I don%26#39;t fancy any of the ships tours but I can%26#39;t find any details of local guides. Is anyone able to help me with any information - is there enough around Incheon/Wolmido to give us some insight into Korean life and culture.
